Right to withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order, without any being liable for any penalty or specifying any reason, within ten (10) working days following receipt of the product by sending a registered letter with return receipt within forty-eight (48) hours to: Donnagrace Srl, Via Cremona 28, 46100 Mantua – Italy. Notification of withdrawal must include the order number, the product being returned and the preferred method for receiving the amount paid, with bank information for crediting the refund (ABI, CAB and CIN codes, account number and the name of the account holder). At his/her own expense, within ten (10) days of receiving the product the customer must return it intact and in its original package, complete with any manuals and accessories. Donnagrace Srl is not liable for theft or damages of products returned uninsured and the customer is responsible for the shipment until its delivery to our headquarters.
Once Donnagrace Srl has verified the above, it will refund the entire amount paid by the customer within thirty (30) days following receipt of the product.
Customers who purchase with a VAT code cannot exercise the right to withdrawal.
